Small cities on a busy corridor

Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North are compact communities with a lot happening around them: hospitals and medical offices, retail along I-45, and residents who commute toward Houston or work in healthcare and energy. People here often know exactly how to keep going under pressure and less often have time to stop and ask why they feel worn down.

Support for healthcare and shift workers

Many residents work in the hospitals and clinics nearby. Healthcare work brings exposure to stress, trauma and irregular schedules that disrupt sleep. Care can address burnout, anxiety, sleep disruption from rotating shifts and the after-effects of difficult experiences at work.

Appointments are confidential, and the practice does not report routine treatment to employers.

A second look at your medications

Some patients arrive with a long medication history from several prescribers. A careful review can clarify what is helping, what may be causing side effects and whether any changes are appropriate. When reduction makes sense, it is planned gradually and monitored closely.

Others are seeking help with alcohol or substance use alongside anxiety or depression. Support is offered without judgment, with referral to a higher level of care when it is safer.
