    We'll confirm the practice is a good match, answer questions about fees and superbills, and share intake paperwork.

    In person in Conroe or by telehealth. Bring prior records, recent labs and a list of medications and supplements.

    Your written roadmap

    Leave with a personalized plan that may include labs, therapy, lifestyle steps and, if appropriate, conservative medication.

Before you book

In-person appointments are at 1006 Windsor Lakes Blvd Ste 150, Conroe, TX 77384. The office is convenient to The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, and Magnolia. Telehealth is available in Texas when clinically and legally appropriate. Confirm your physical location and appointment suitability with the office, particularly if you expect to travel.

Ask which records are useful and how to send sensitive information securely. Do not use scheduling messages for urgent clinical needs or assume an immediate reply.

The practice offers virtual guided at-home sublingual ketamine therapy for appropriately screened patients. Eligibility requires assessment of psychiatric and medical history, medication interactions, substance use concerns, and safety considerations. Ask about supervision, monitoring, support arrangements, driving restrictions, and emergency procedures before agreeing to treatment. It is not suitable for everyone and does not guarantee symptom relief.

Every Thought Psychiatry offers referral coordination for TMS and Spravato rather than promising on-site delivery of those treatments. A treating specialty provider determines eligibility, treatment requirements, and applicable monitoring. Ask about records, costs, insurance authorization, and communication between clinicians. Referral coordination does not guarantee acceptance, coverage, or benefit.
